But to get the most out of our service, we recommend any of the IPTV boxes, Formulas that support 4k. Otherwise, the TVIP boxes are also viable. If you don't want to buy a box, you can download the Tivimate app if you have an Andriod SmartTV such as Philips or Sony. That combination is the only one we can recommend if you do not have the opportunity to use a box.

IPTV directly in the app on Samsung, LG, and others is not something we can recommend as it works well for some and worse for others.
There are also various bugs and codecs that put a spanner in the works for some TV brands.
We do NOT recommend the SmartIPTV app as it loses the channel list far too often and has a lack of functionality.

That's what we call the service where you can go back and watch a previously broadcast program. So if you missed På spåret on Friday, you can watch it whenever you want on Saturday. Our catch-up channels save at least 24 hours of what was last broadcast on the channel.

All channels with a bell symbol have catchup.

HD is a channel that is sent out in 720p, FHD is a little better quality and is sent out in 1080p. If neither HD nor FHD is included in the channel name, expect it to be sent out in SD, which is the lowest quality.

Your TV service on your terms.

You need at least 30mbit/s to the Netherlands. The best time to test your speed is Weekdays 19-22 and weekends as most broadband providers have congestion at these times. There are some providers who make false promises of 100mbit broadband, but this is unfortunately far from true. You'll get 100mbit from these if: You surf during the day, not in the evening If you surf websites that have servers based in Sweden Therefore, we ask you to test your bandwidth against the Netherlands In the evenings and weekends when many broadband providers have congestion. If you get less than 30 mbit, it's time to change broadband provider as your provider is lying to you

Get back to us by email with the Mac address of your TVIP box, If you have purchased a Formuler box, you have received login details when you purchased a subscription.

If you have one of the providers: A3, Comhem, Bhanhof or Viasat read on.

If you have any of the above, you can expect to experience disruptions at regular intervals and if you have Viasat, you can expect to be completely blocked when you use pirate TV. We also have operational disruptions and then we always report in the announcements channel, but when broadband providers are down, we can not do anything about it.

If you want to get the most out of our service, you simply have to change provider. it is not easier than that

Bredbands2 - Very good and actually good price on the service
Telia - Good but high prices = no good combination

Telenor - Good and has humane prices
However, it should be added that all TV, whether it is regular TV or IPTV, you get the maximum by always being connected with Ethernet cable. If you run wifi, you can count on lagging on the purchase. There is also a reason why "all" broadband providers cannot guarantee the promised speed with wifi and thus we cannot guarantee that the service is stable with wifi.

If you are experiencing a lot of hacking, it may have to do with your internet provider throttling your connection.

what is throttling?

Throttling is best defined as when your Internet Service Provider (ISP) intentionally slows down the speed of your broadband Internet connection.

Throttling can take place when your ISP considers that you have used too much data over a certain period of time, have reached your data allowance for the month, or simply when the network is overloaded.

What is the easiest way to do this?

VPN is the simple answer, install a VPN in your router, if you use a router from your internet provider start by changing it.

Start your IPTV now and you will immediately notice a big difference.

Technically because FHD goes directly via satellite while HD goes through a script with DRM that causes a delay that is getting bigger and bigger. Therefore, the HD channels are restarted at least once a day to zero out the lag.

However, FHD will always be ahead as HD and SD are taken from web-based services and there is already a delay due to this of 60-90sec.
